Shipping is free of charge for orders over €250. Shipping costs to countries in the rest of Europe must be calculated after indicating the shipping address of the order in each country.
To find out what the shipping costs will be in other destinations, enter all the data in your purchase process until you complete your delivery address. Prior to the payment step, the system will indicate the costs of the carrier for the indicated destination.
The printing costs that you can calculate on the website are for:
A single design, in a single size in the same colour(s).
The maximum print size is equivalent to an A4 sheet of paper.

How to calculate the cost with print correctly?
Follow the steps below to calculate the price of your printed order:
Indicate the number of packs you want
In the drop-down menu that shows by default "Without logo", indicate the option you need.
If you wish to finalise your order, continue with the next step:
Upload File: Upload the logo or image you want us to print on your natural packaging together with the size you want (if you know it) and the colour.
If it does not allow you to upload the file, send it to email@example.com together with the reference of your order already placed.

What is the minimum quantity to personalise my natural packaging?
What are the delivery times for printed orders?
You can check the delivery times for printed orders in the "Delivery times" section.
If it is a printed sample, the delivery time for deliveries in European countries is 7-10 working days (Mon-Fri).
How can I receive a sample of my logo or design?
To receive a personalised sample with your logo, you only need to indicate 1 unit with printing from the website.
Once you receive it and you have decided to place the order, if the logo and characteristics remain the same, 20.20€ (plus taxes) will be deducted from your order.
This discount will be made effective by means of a promotional code that you will have to request by email or telephone.
What is the cost of print preparation?
On an initial order, this cost covers everything from design management and preparation of the design for printing, to the set-up for printing on the packaging.
On subsequent orders with the same logo and format (size and design) you will be charged €20.20 (plus tax). Not applicable for ribbons and labels.
What type of printing technique do we use?
The technique we use is direct digital printing, using water-based inks, as they are the least harmful to the environment.
When printing your logo or design, we will print (except for white) the colours that come by default in the file you attach.
When printing your design on our packaging you must take into account:
The materials we use (cotton and jute) have a raw colour due to their condition as natural fabrics.
Due to these conditions, some shades of your logo or design may vary slightly in tone and vibrancy once printed.
Specifications to be considered:
If, due to the sector you belong to, it is essential to wash our cotton packaging, as it is 100% vegetable cotton and its printing is made with water-based inks (the second most sustainable for the environment), you will have to take into account that from the first wash, the ink could wear out.

Purchase our internal labels with composition and maintenance information as a method of informing your customers. You can choose the free labels on which we indicate the Manufacturer (Creating Bags) + composition + maintenance. Or at a cost, the labels with only composition and maintenance. You can choose to print your packaging using a textile vinyl printing technique. With this technique, your packaging can be washed as many times as you wish. To get a quote using this technique, please send us your logo or design along with the size, quantity and reference of the packaging you need to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I request a sample before placing my order?
Of course we do! In fact it is what we recommend to ensure that our packaging meets the characteristics you need: size, fabric and printing.
You can get a sample of all our products on our website by indicating 1 unit. The sample can be with or without printing.
Request a sample without printing
If you would like to order a sample of our product or unprinted products, simply indicate 1 unit of the package(s) you are interested in and add it/them to your cart.
The delivery time will depend on the country from which you place your order.
If you would like to know the delivery time of your unprinted sample, please contact us beforehand.
Request sample with printout
If you wish to purchase a sample with your logo or design printed on it, please follow the steps below:
Select the packaging model you want.
Select 1 unit
Choose the number of colours of your logo and the number of sides where you want the print.

In this case, the costs of preparation for printing must be paid in advance (45€/logo + VAT).
The delivery time is around 7 working days (on the peninsula) from the payment and approval of the logo. If you decide to place an order with the same logo and characteristics of the sample, 20.20€ + vat will be deducted from the order.
Once the order goes into production, our design department will contact you to approve the final colour, size and position. ℹ️ We do not print any orders without prior customer approval.
What if I don't want to pre-pay the set-up fee?
You can request an unprinted sample through our website, and request, as an example, fragments of printed fabric to check the quality and type of prints we make. Tell us this information in the Comments section during the purchase process. ↓

How long is a budget valid?
All our quotations are valid for 1 month from receipt of the quotation and/or delivery note.
After this period of time, the price and conditions of the order provided may vary.
Can I return the sample or my order?
Yes, you can return both the sample and your order within 14 calendar days provided that:
The sample or order is not personalised
The order or sample does not show signs of wear or damage.
Once the return has been made, our inspection team will check that the order is in the same condition in which it was packaged. We will then proceed to refund the amount in the same way in which it was made.
Can I order by e-mail?
Yes, in order to generate your order via e-mail, please send us your order details together with your invoicing details to our e-mail address email@example.com.
We will take care of generating your order and then contact you.
How can I check the status of my order?
In order to check the status of your order at our factory, please send us your order code or order reference by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will then contact you with information about your order and the expected delivery date.
How can I find out the shipping status of my order?
To know the shipping status of your order with Creating Bags, you can do it through the tracking number that has been provided to you by e-mail once the order has been placed.
With this tracking number you will be able to track your order through the shipping agency we work with.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order with Creating Bags depending on the status of your order.
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet entered the production process.
You will not be able to cancel your order in the following cases:

Can I change the logo once I have confirmed it with the design department?
No. It is not possible to modify the logo or design of your print once it has been confirmed with our design department.
Once the logo is confirmed with our design specialists it is immediately passed on to our production department to start customising your order.

What is the minimum quantity?
At Creating Bags there is no minimum quantity. As we are manufacturers you can buy from 1 unit.

How can I order a sample?
To order a sample, enter 1 in the quantity of the model you would like to order as a sample and add it to your shopping cart.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time for European countries is a maximum of 15 working days without printing.
If you need to receive it earlier, when you place the order, you can indicate in the order comments when you want to receive it and if it is not possible we will inform you as soon as possible.
When is transport free?
Shipping is completely free for orders over 250€.
